OnSiteform makes our work load easier
We have been using Formability for over six years. The team at Formability have been fantastic in listening to us as a customer and developing there software to make our lives / work load so much easier. I would hate to have to go back to the days of carrying out inspections on a pen and paper basis, then having to spend a further few days in the office manually typing the certificates for all the equipment manually. It used to be a mammoth task.
Now with a click of a button onsiteform allows the certificates to be uploaded to the website and onto the customer’s desk within a minute. Keeping the customer working and our wheels turning.
Formability don’t rest on their laurels either as they continue to develop the software and bring out further improvements to all its customers.

Since our business started we have used the Formability OnSiteForm Lifting Equipment Inspection & LOLER Examination system for all our clients asset management requirements.

OnSiteForm gives us the flexibility needed for tracking equipment
Having reviewed our previous LOLER examination process and identifying weaknesses within it, we made the decision to move to a fully electronic system that would allow our examiners to complete checks from anywhere and track current status of all equipment and where/when it has been relocated due to changing needs within the services provided.
OnSiteForm and Formability has filled this need and gives us the management tool for LOLER inspections that allows for the flexibility and tracking of equipment throughout the organisation along with access to the system form anywhere at any time, current status of equipment and run reports on equipment that are approaching re-inspection due dates to aid with planning for completing inspections.
The system has developed over the 3 years we have been using it and many of the suggestions made to improve the functionality are welcomed, discussed and where possible they are incorporated into subsequent updates to the system by the Formability team, making management and completion of LOLER inspections more efficient.

OnSiteForm saves time
Borden Lifting Services Ltd have introduced the OnSiteForm system into our lifting equipment inspections and like the feel and functionality of the system.
The entering of information is easy as is retrieving this for future inspections. We also like the app as we are currently in talks with a company working underground and with the app we can sync the clients site to an iPad and carry out the inspection with no internet connection needed and upon completion and connecting to an available internet connection when available we can then resync back to the clients portal.
Our current clients that we have on the system to date have said that they find the whole system beneficial for inventory and audit purposes and it cuts down the time searching for certificates, scanning and email as you can save the PDF to your computer and then attach to send on email thus cutting down on office admin time.
