Pricing Models

These prices include the full use of the website and app.

Users and locations within a site are at no extra cost.

Standard

All prices below are in GBP (before VAT for UK customer), with a minimum cost of £34 GBP per month as shown below:

The OnSiteForm rental and support cost is £4.80 per site per month plus £0.013 per asset per month.

Notes:

  • A site in OnSiteForm is a term to group a collection of assets, typically for a customer.
  • A company counts as a ‘site’, which can have many locations.
  • If you are servicing a customer’s assets as a distinct group of assets, then this counts as a ‘site’.
  • There is no additional charge for user logins.
  • Custom changes can also be developed at a cost of £660 per day as required. This may be required for example where a custom template needs to be developed.
  • If you would like us to load your data for you, we can do this at a rate of £40 an hour.

Alternative

We can offer an alternative model of £1.20 per site per month plus £0.026 per asset per month which is appropriate where there are many ‘sites’ with a few assets in each that would be more appropriate again with a minimum price of £34 per month.
